Inspired by her own experience as a student with dyslexia, Mina Karsevar set out to make a difference in the lives of other children in need of the right academic support and resources to flourish.
With the help of family, friends, and community, Edukate NYC was formed to provide much needed support to children and their families as they navigate the world of dyslexia.
Edukate NYC’s mission is to help students with dyslexia meet their academic potential. By partnering with academic institutions and organizations offering programs tailored for dyslexic students, Edukate NYC provides:
We believe all children should have an equal opportunity to meet their academic potential and succeed in school, including all children with dyslexia.
We are committed to taking an inclusive approach in identifying children in need of our services. We aim to serve underrepresented and financially disadvantaged students with dyslexia.
